Our Wedding Packages are carefully thought out and reasonably priced. We take care of all the paperwork, book the wedding venue, date and time. We arrange for the Registrar and 2 witnesses in case it’s just the two of you.

• Pre-wedding meeting with couple

• Celebrant fees
• Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of Email communication from the time of contract (Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled)
• Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned
• Timeline creation of wedding day details and distributed to vendors
• Vendor management – at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding, as needed

• Cue Best Man, Maid of Honour, Parents and honoured guests when they are about to give toasts
• Assist with bridal party and family for photographs
• Set-up and styling of all wedding elements (Escort cards, favours, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)
• Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution
• Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 9 hours of wedding day management
• All taxes and VAT included

*For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang any decorations that require a ladder or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
